My name is Katie Baily, I'm an Aesthetic Beauty Therapist and Aesthetic Trainer.

I am bursting with passion for skin and love nothing more than helping people to improve their skin health and confidence.

 

I started my career at the London College of Beauty Therapy in 2008 and since then have moved around in the industry exploring all it has to offer. I have worked with many different devices and skincare brands ranging from aromatherapy to pharmaceutical. I gained experience in gym based salons in North London until I decided to follow a different path in training and education. It was whilst training in advanced devices and medical grade skincare that I gained exposure to the result driven aesthetic industry, this opened my mind to the potential of making real changes to clients skin in a natural, non invasive way and I have not looked back since!

 

Having been trained in 20+ different skincare ranges, I can appreciate how confusing it is for the consumer when it comes to making the right choices for their skin. My goal is to simplify this complicated world and work with clients to identify their individual needs.

 

I am constantly challenging my knowledge by going on up to date training and attending exhibitions and talks from industry leaders. As well as attending these events, I also do contract work for main suppliers, helping out at conferences and occasionally treating on the stage. This allows me to keep up with the fast paced industry  as it evolves.

 

I love going on a skin journey with my clients. By learning about their skin as well as their daily habits and lifestyle, I am able to craft a tailored, practical treatment plan that delivers real results which also realistically fits into their routine.

I am often banging on about the importance sun protection so expect that to be one of the first things we discuss :)
